Return & Refund

Due nature of our work and the fact that we print the bedding items only when we receive your orders, we do not accept returns in cases such as sizing mistakes by the customer. As each country has different bed sizes referred as Twin, Queen, King and etc, we have placed our item sizes in Centimeters so you can compare if they are suitable for your bed order. Also we can do custom sizes, all you need to do is to email us your requested size to assistance@custombeddingclub.com

If you receive a defective print or if you receive a size different than what you have ordered, we will refund you fully without the need to return the items. You need to email us and let us know about the issues with photos and we will handle the refund request.

Also we fully refund if you do not receive your items. Once you receive the tracking number from us for your order, if you do not receive your item within 60 days, just email us and let us know your order number and we will fully refund you the amount and process and ship you a new one if you need. Missing items are very rare, but as it is the post office duty to deliver the packages and sometimes a missing package may accrue, we take full responsibility and fully refund our customer.
